- Messages you send us. If you email us or use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. Our contact form, when we have one, is run by a third-party form service.
- Donations. Donations are processed by a secure third-party giving platform. We receive your name, contact details and gift amount so we can thank you and send receipts. We never see or store your full card number.
- Newsletter. If you join our email list, we store your email address with our email provider. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Site statistics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies or personal profiles.
The Water Watcher pledge on this site runs entirely in your browser. We don’t collect your pledge answers.
Our home page and News page show our latest posts using Facebook’s official embed. When it loads, Facebook may set cookies or collect information about your visit under Facebook’s privacy policy. If you’d rather avoid that, you can block Facebook in your browser. The rest of the site works fine without it.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, process and thank you for donations, send updates you asked for, and understand how the site is used so we can make it better.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Children’s privacy
This website is for parents, caregivers and other adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Photos and stories
We only share photos and stories of children and families with a parent or guardian’s written permission. If you’d like something removed, contact us and we’ll take care of it quickly.
